1. Definitions: In these terms and conditions, "Casino" refers to Nooksack Northwood Casino, and "Player" means the individual who visits or uses services provided by the Casino.

2. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the premises of the Casino or using its services in any way, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Age Restrictions: The minimum age for entry into the Casino is 18 years, as per applicable laws and regulations. Players must provide valid identification upon request to confirm their age.

4. Responsible Gambling: The Casino encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. If a player requests help with setting limits or self-exclusion, the Casino will facilitate this in accordance with its policies and procedures.

5. Liability Disclaimer: The Casino shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by a Player resulting from use of the Casino's facilities or services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights to the Casino's brand names, logos, images, and other materials are owned by Nooksack Indian Tribe. Players may only use these marks and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes with prior written consent.

7. Equipment Maintenance: The Casino reserves the right to suspend or remove any equipment, games, or services at its discretion without notice.

8. Account Restrictions: Winners Club accounts are subject to restrictions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including self-exclusion options for Players who request them.

9. Withdrawal and Deposit Procedures: All withdrawals and deposits will be processed according to the Casino's procedures, which may involve additional documentation or verification requirements as needed.

10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions, all parties agree to resolve such issues through negotiation and mediation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Casino may modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Continued use of the Casino's facilities or services after changes are made will constitute acceptance of such amendments.

By entering into this agreement, Players confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
